Fire Protection & AFSS Coordination

We manage the annual AFSS process by coordinating inspections, facilitating contractor access, monitoring rectification works, and supporting timely lodgement. Defect Identification & Remedial Oversight

KARE FM manages and delivers an outstanding defect management process (DMP).  Defect discovery, defect removal and the process of improvement are all equally important aspects in managing your building defects.
